Who we are
This website is operated by 12 Degrees Group. Our contact address for anything in this policy is hello@12degrees.group.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, your email address, and any of the following you decide to give: business name, phone number, location, the nature of your enquiry and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we hold the conversation itself and the phone number you send it from.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. Nothing more. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside 12 Degrees Group, and we do not use it for marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and are not stored in any database or third-party form service. The email itself sits in our inbox.
If you ask to hear when we publish
We keep your email address with Resend, the same provider that delivers our enquiry email, and we use it for one thing: telling you when there is new writing. We do not use it for anything else, we do not pass it to anyone, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Ask us to remove you at any time and we will, immediately.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for twelve months afterwards, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. It tells us how many people visited a page, not who they were. Nothing on this site sets a cookie.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@12degrees.group and we will action it.
